Well, let me break it down for you. 

Engagement

As a disclaimer, this person has a modest following in a very saturated market. 

Engagement is pretty low. 

They don't spend a lot of time playing patty-cake in the comments. 

They don't go around leaving big ol' comments in others' posts to siphon attention away. 

They don't share personal stories. 

But... likes never paid the bills. 

Lurkers do. 

What really matters

Every single piece of content feels like they are having a conversation with their buyers.

How?

By answering the following questions:

🔹Why will they buy?

🔹What is solving the problem worth to them?

🔹Who else are they considering?

🔹What is most important in their decision criteria?

🔹What do they need to see/hear/experience to get the value of working with you?

Don't be boring

Now, just because they don't get massive engagement, doesn't mean they don't use creativity and personality to attract a consistent flow of leads. 

They use archetype-style stories that I taught them. 

Archetypes are universal, symbolic characters or themes that are present in the collective unconscious across cultures and civilizations. (Ol' Carl Jung taught me that). 

When you tap into this, it allows people to view themselves in a story. Super powerful. 

And they also use skits in their videos. 

In other words, they are not just delivering "value" but they are delivering neuro-connections to the personal brand and solution. 

Let's face it. 

If you're in a saturated market, the solution isn't to deliver more value. 

The solution is to find ways to be remembered. 

How are you being remembered?

Positioning

Just after being remembered, your position in the market matters. 

This is delivered via the right messaging. 

Let me give you an example. 

On the continuum of services in your field...

How do I find you?

So, let's say, you're selling high-ticket offers as a coach for CEOs. 

How are you different (messaging-wise) from the 1000s others just like you?

How do I know where to find you on the continuum? 

You might be saying... "Well, I guess I need to niche down!"

I would say, no, you need to show up as a lane of ONE. 

Be un-Google-able. 

Or shall I say... un-Chat-GPT-able. 

Forget value. Get intensely personal.
